~ Bamboo Flooring ~ We choose bamboo to be flooring material, not only for its durable and stability, but also for its environmental friendly, plus the exotic and romantic looks. As a highly valuable and renewable natural resource, bamboo offers a lot of products which can meet both subsistence and commercial needs of people in the world. Matured bamboo offer construction materials which can substitute for wood. It will reach maturity in four years and replenishes itself. Compendious production process
1. raw material: We use top-quality 4-6 years bamboo (grows naturally; high density; golden color) harvested from Huangshan local mountain.

2. getting rid of Knots: The knots, the tabasheer and the green surface of the raw bamboo materials must be removed in this procedure.
3. boiled (bleaching)/ Carbonized: Bamboo sticks must be boiled (bleaching, steaming). Color can be changed to Carbonized in carbonized procedure. All bamboo sticks must be killed the pests.

4. drying and warehousing: Bamboo strips are dried to industry standards in kiln, carefully checked before processing and stored in a warehouse featuring controlled temperature and relative humidity.
Standard moisture: 8%, 2% more or less
5. high-quality adhesives with the lowest formaldehyde emission: we use the high quality adhesives to meet the strict European E1or European E0 or Japanese JAS standard for indoor air quality, as well as to ensure the maximum adhesion.
6. milling: The planks are always manufactured perfectly with a constant thickness and width.
7. perfect tongue and groove fit: Tongue-and-Groove on all four edges. Our high manufacturing standards and our quality control processes assure an easy and worry free installation. Delivers tight, positive fit minimizing gaps and cracks.
8. UV coated 7 times and aluminum oxide enhanced for abrasion resistance.
9. Integrated quality assurance: Every step of the manufacturing process is subjected to strict quality controls, guarantee superior quality and consistency in every box of flooring.
